I purchased this gown at a sample sale in November 2017, and wore it once in April 2018. It was cleaned, and has been stored in its garment bag in the time since then. It is Allure Bridals style 9022 in Ivory. It is a ballgown with an English Net skirt (very similar to tulle), lace bodice, a keyhole back, scoop neckline, and cap sleeves with small pearl and beaded accents. The sash in the photos was purchased separately and is not currently attached to the gown (but is included in the sale price). For my wedding, the sash was tacked to the gown with small stitches. The only wear and tear visible are a few small (<2 cm) holes in the netting, but they are not noticiable (please contact me if you would like close-up photos).
I do not have the original receipt, but I still have the original tag from the bridal shop where it was purchased, as well as the receipt from the alterations.
