- Ties up with a ribbon in the back (so weight loss or weight gain isn't an issue). I went down to a size 4 and I believe it's the smallest limit but it is a size 10 can maybe even go to 12.
Alterations: (paid $400)
- I had the straps altered so they can be put on or taken off
- The train can also tie onto your dress (a hook was added) so it doesn't drag when you don't want it to
- Shortened the entire length (still have all the material removed)
- A small piece of material from the dress when shortened was used to hide a bit of the bustline, as in my opinion, it was showing a bit too much cleavage. The material, of course, can certainly be taken off.
Comes with:
- A veil (paid $290)
- Medium crinoline ties with velcro making it easy to put on and take off (weight gain or loss is not an issue). It really gives the dress a perfect shape! (paid $50)
- Hair accessory (if wanted)
Professionally cleaned (paid $400) even though it wasn't dirty
I chose a dress that I needed to feel comfortable in, that held everything in place, where I could choose to put on the straps or have it strapless, lift up the train so I don't trip on it during the evening, weight gain or loss wasn't going to be an issue (because of the way it ties in the back) and this dress does all of that AND make you feel like a princess!!!
