This dress is exceptional! It’s like nothing else. It has a completely beaded halter top (that does not itch), an open low cut back, built in cups, and a layered bottom half. The inner most layer is a stretch lining, then there is a slightly fitted lace layer,  and on top is the chiffon you see with slits down the side so that you can see the lace. This dress makes for phenomenal pictures!!
