Altered strapless Bill Levkoff in Navy. I had it taken out as much as possible. I wear a size 10-12 pants and it’s still tight in my hips. The latch is missing but you’ll probably have to get it altered to fit you anyway and they’ll put a new one on. This comes with sown in cup pads which cost me around $40 at the tailor. They can easily be clipped out if you are blessed up top and able to fill out the dress!
