I absolutely LOVE this dress. I bought it in the Fall of 2019 and then we know how the rest of the story goes. We postponed our wedding due to COVID and during that time I had a baby and our wedding has changed direction. I have NEVER worn this dress. Haven’t even tried it on. It’s untouched and unaltered. BRAND NEW. I just picked it up from Vera Wang last week so she is in PRISTINE condition.

She's timeless, beautifully crafted and very lightweight. If you google online, it’s very hard to find a Bride wearing it which truly makes it ONE OF A KIND. Hoping to find a home for her to someone who will feel as lucky as I did the first time I tried her on.

Vera Wang's 'Marie José' gown is from the designer's 2019 Fall Bridal collection. Nude and light ivory tulle form the A-line gown with hand placed gold Chantily lace on the bodice and an engineered macrame lace skirt accented by an asymmetrically pleated tulle skirt overlay. The Lace is EXCLUSIVE to Vera. Vera owns the rights to the lace meaning no other wedding dresses other than Vera's have this unique lace. Again, she is one of a kind.

The photos of me wearing it at the store are more true to the dress as well as the video (more on the video below) than the website photo. The only difference between my actual dress and the one at the fitting is the length of the train which is a "runway" length in the video. My actual dress is a Classic Cathedral length which is about 6ft long from the bottom of the bodice. Everything else is the exact same in the video as in my made to order dress. I've also included pictures of the dress on the hanger so you can see she is real. But obviously she comes to life in the video.

VIDEO: You can watch a video of me trying it on and hear the woman at Vera Wang talk about the dress as well as see me in it and see how it moves. This dress is truly a moment.

The photo from the Vera Wang website has a lace overlay on the top that I did not purchase. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED/PART OF THE DRESS.

And a little about the collection: Vera Wang’s Fall 2019 collection is inspired by King Louis XIV and his grand palace of Versailles. Ethereal gowns with regal finishes like metallic lace and silk velvet ribbons are sure to make any bride feel like royalty on her special day.
